Substantial servicing of integrated broadcasting and communications services such as the Internet phone and Internet TVs (IPTV) are being postponed, not to mention the limping process of the vitalization of terrestrial DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) and WiBro services, crumbling the manufacturing and R&D sectors which had been supporting the IT industry.
